Stephanie has 19 years in the field of health and wellness. Her practice includes many types of massage, as well as essential oils, hot rocks, sound and other tools to provide you with a customized experience. Reiki work and lymphatic facilitation is also available.

As a licensed AAS-T in Massage Therapy, Stephanie has over 1200 hours of training as a graduate of Peninsula College’s Massage Therapy program. She brings a diverse, tool box of treatment potentials and modalities. Stephanie is endorsed as Inter- Oral practitioner, and has many connections to other practitioners as needed.
